Comprehensive pack, clear details

I ordered the free brochure and DVD after seeing an ad. The ordering process online was very simple and quick. It took 7 days for the package to arrive in California, which was reasonable for international shipping. Inside, the brochure was very detailed, covering everything from 'how the Holiday Property Bond works' to 'annual management fees'. The DVD showed various properties, including some 'UK holiday properties' and 'overseas holiday homes', and provided a good sense of the 'luxury self-catering accommodation'. I even called their customer support later to ask about 'retirement holidays' and the agent was patient and answered all my questions clearly. Overall, a really good experience for someone exploring investment options.

Consistent service, helpful staff

This was my third time getting an information pack, this time for a friend. Just like before, the process was straightforward on the website. The materials arrived in good condition. I called with a question about the referral bonus and the customer service person was very thorough, explaining how the 'friend referral bonus' works. It's comforting to know the service is consistently reliable after several years.

Good information, slow delivery

I requested the free information pack and DVD. It arrived eventually, took about 10 days. The brochure was comprehensive and the DVD gave a good overview. I just wish the delivery was a bit quicker, but otherwise, it was useful.

Hey, I'm looking at HPB but also Hilton Grand Vacations. Anyone have experience with both or can say if one is significantly better for family trips? Not sure which way to lean.

I looked into both pretty heavily. HPB is really different from Hilton Grand Vacations. It's not a timeshare, more of an investment where you get points for holidays. Hilton is typical timeshare, points based but you're buying 'time'. HPB's properties are usually self-catering villas, not hotel rooms. For family, I preferred the space HPB gave.

Yep, they're super different. HPB lets you use proper houses or apartments, usually in really nice locations. Hilton is more like upscale hotel stays. If you want more space and a homey feel, HPB wins for families imo.

Thinking about getting one of these bonds. Anyone know how quick it is to actually start booking holidays once you've invested? Is there a big waiting period or can you use it pretty quick?

M Marcus Silva 4 months ago
From what I remember, once your investment is in and processed, you get access to your points pretty fast. I think my first booking was maybe a month or two after, but that was just because I was picky about dates.

yeah can confirm, it's not like you have to wait ages. once you're in, you can start checking availability. depends more on when you want to go and where tbh.
